DroneTOC ("the App") is a Part 107 drone exam preparation tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
DroneTOC does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or enter any personal data to use the App.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
• Study progress and exam scores
• Flashcard position and preferences
• Pre-flight checklist state
• Study streak data
• Terms of use acceptance
• Pro upgrade status
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, third party, or analytics service. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
DroneTOC offers a one-time Pro upgrade processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms of service.
DroneTOC does not use any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage, location, or behavior in any way.
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or advertising networks. The App functions entirely offline with no network requests.
DroneTOC does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App is designed for users studying for the FAA Part 107 certification, which requires a minimum age of 16.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
